How does the onboarding process work?

Will I get regular updates?

Can you handle “rush” projects?

Can you communicate directly with my firm’s clients?

Will you share my documents using my cloud-based software?

Which Service Plan is right for me?
  • We offer a variety of hourly Service Plans to suit different needs. 
  • We’ll discuss your workload, budget, and preferences to help you choose the best fit. 
  • If needed, we can create a custom hourly or flat fee plan.  
  • Monthly hours don’t roll over.
What if I need more hours than I purchased?

If you need more time than your plan includes, we’ll simply invoice you for the extra hours that month. If this happens often, we can adjust your plan so you always have enough coverage.

Are outside vendor fees included in the Hourly Plan fees?

No.  We will bill you separately for fees we incur on your behalf for services related to filings, searches, copies, etc. provided by outside vendors, Secretary of State offices, other government offices, service providers, etc.  

What is the best way to communicate with my TimeWise professionals?

Whatever works best for you.  Email, phone call, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom.
